In the 1960s, the Allara family moved to Genoa Pra’, which became the vibrant heart of their business. Here, a few years later, they opened a wine shop that became a reference point for wine lovers. Among wines, sparkling wines, champagne, spirits, grappas, and gourmet products, one authentic excellence stood out: Corochinato, affectionately known as "L'Asinello" for the donkey depicted on its label.
This is a story of returns, local legends, and everyday authenticity. From its first steps in local wine shops to becoming a celebrated aperitif ritual, each moment tells the growth of a product and its city.
